I’ve been everywhere man…
Hey friends. I’m writing to you from one of my best friend’s apartment in Brooklyn. I am here in the city to do Recruiting for NET Ministries for the next two weeks. I’ll be in Boston, Jersey, Pennsylvannia, Conneticuit, and Rhode Island, just to name a few.
Just a quick update for everyone:
I spent last weekend in the Diocese of Joliet with the NET Team 9, whom I supervise along with my co-supe, Lynn. They did a great job and are currently spreading the Gospel like crazy.
I’ve discovered the next extreme sport… Tetherball. Tetherball is a dangerous sport! I sprained my thumb and got a really bad rope burn on my wrist from playing it. My pride got hurt too as I realized what an idiot I looked like afterward.
I will try and blog a little more this week to share a little of the whacky hyjinks I get into along this trip.
Peace for now

Man its been many moons since I heard anyone mention tetherball.
That was very popular when I grew up. And a big Amen on sore
thumbs and wrists (head wounds too)
Joliet’s a nice town. Great hearing the kids seem to be on fire
with and for Jesus Christ. All Netters are in our prayers.
Tetherball. That made my day. Watch it Mike “heads up”!!!
God’s Peace
