Men in Kilts
So yesterday I spent the day at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival in Chaska, MN. If you’ve never been to Chaska, you’re missing the town voted “8th best place to live in America.” After being in Chaska for a mere 2 minutes, I’m pretty sure that was voted upon by the Chaska Chamber of Commerce.
I spent the day walking around with a few of my co-workers, one of which is a participant in the festival. That means I spent the day in a kilt asking people “Me Lard. Is there sumthin aye kin hepya fend?”
As dorky and plain weird as this may sound, I had a great time. People out there are… well out there, but we all had fun nonetheless. You have everything from families out with there kids for the day to people who travel the “Fair Circuit” dressing up and living the part of a knave or damsel. I can’t even imagine getting used to that.

Hope all is well!

Thank You Me Lard,
Gosh I never heard of the place Mike but your reference
to the local Chamber of Commerce is all I need to know.
Minnesota is a beautiful state though I know having lived
just south in Iowa for 20 years.
Could you picture yourself in a kilt on the “Boat”?
PeacemAnd All Is Well.
