Today’s a sad day…

Ladies and Gentleman, I bring you bad news.

Mr. Wizard is dead . The man who brought us amazing homemade science every weekday on Nickelodeon, and on his early show “Watch Mr. Wizard” from the 50’s… he has gone to the great Science Fair in the sky.

You will be missed.

Somehow I knew you’d be the one to comment on Mr. Wizard’s passing.

It really is a sad day. He’ll be missed.

    Rest in Peace, Mr. Wizard.

Shows how much I know - I thought Bill Nye the Science Guy was the Science Wizard.

But indeed ~ Rest in peace, Mr. Wizard…

so I only get like 10 minutes of internet time a day here at the new office - I check myspace and you say something about a sad blog - I rush over here to make sure you’re okay, willing to miss out on checking my other regular web spots I visit, and I read this news. (News that I already knew by the way.) You could have built that up a little less scary for those of us who are keeping tabs on you.

    But nonetheless,

Mr. Wizard was a part of tv history. Sad day indeed.

    Who was Mr. Wizard?

    Sad day nonetheless.

Mr. Wizard was a great show. He’s the guy that opened up
the technical part of our brain for the first time.
He was the guy who taught us that if you place an ice cube in
a glass of water, you will see that the water level in the glass
does not rise as the ice cube melts.
Mr. Wizard was like your sccience teacher, math instructor and
    your Driver Ed instructor.
There are few who don’t remember Mr. Wizard and like Mike
said….his passing makes it a sad day.
There will be no class today!

I’m so glad I wasn’t the only one who had no clue who Mr. Wizard was….rest in peace sir.
