The alone time you speak of is awesome, if its God were thinking about. Listening to reflective music really helps the mind and soul
be in the right state to just Praise God, thank Him for families, friends and our faith, His Church.
When I see where I have come from (total darkness) to where I
am now, words can't describe the journey. Not at all. Yet there is
much to be done. We should grow each day in this earthly journey.
And there are many to help along the way.
Two songs I highly suggest for reflection or just to set the mood are
"A Veiled Cloud" and two Church hymns, "Gift Of Finest Wheat" and "Glory To God in the Highest".
Its a great thing being able to escape the muck and breathe like you said.
The more time we spend with God the more time He spends with us.
