if you’re chilly, here take my sweater
hello friends.
Here I sit in Tallahassee Florida and it’s a little chilly! Of course, it’s 45 and not 4 or 5 like it is in St. Paul… but what can I say, my blood thins fast.
It’s been a pretty good week home. Not too much to report. I’ve gotten the chance to catch up with some friends, hang out with the family quite a bit and enjoy a very very long Christmas.
One of the people I’ve gotten to hang out with the most is my dearest friend, Emily Hammond. Emily, who I very inadvertently left out of New York blogs. She’s someone I am extremely proud of. Emily left everything she knew and moved to New York to follow her dreams of working in theatre. She landed a job with the Manhattan Theatre Club within a couple of weeks of moving up there.
PS- She’s looking for a roomate, so if you know anyone in New York
Tonight we were at her house for a private concert of another friend of ours, Colleen McCarron. Colleen’s just another person who blows me away. She has an amazing voice and plays beautiful music to great lyrics. If you like your ears, you owe it to them to take a listen.
I was having kind of a blah day, but now I can honestly say, I’m happy.
Peace out friends

Sounds like a heart warming Christmas!
While I don’t know Emily, I know many like her. High Fives
to Emily & those that make their dreams come true.
Time goes so fast, and any and every opportunity we can
be with family and friends is a blessing.
Amen on Colleen’s voice and lyrics. Her music sedates the heart
and mind……
† God’s Peace To All!
