Michigan getting sacked was the shocker. (Love that word). The no hitter and UCF stories also rank high. And David and his day. David could have taken one look at that big galoot Goliath and hauled butt. He did'nt. He stood his ground. I don't know why...maybe the fast paced world we live in but people seem to take less time with family and friends in many'cases today. God created our families and our friends. God put us all together to love one another, to support and encourage one another and to cherish each other. We should and must encourage others in their lives, their endeavors. We must be willing to go that extra foot or mile. Never be satisfied with mediocrity nor surrender to it. Goliath could have had David for lunch. Confidence is a giant killer. Ask the King Of Israel. Life isn't fair all the time. No doubt about that. But we must move forward in the way the Lord expects. When we fail, we pick ourselves up. Each time this makes us stronger. Like the Eric Clapton song goes......"I have had my share of trouble, it is nothin new to me, Life is what you make it, better make it through the day". God Bless and Go Noles!
